Netr ("the Platform") is operated by Netr Pty Ltd (ABN 61 699 881 037, ACN 699 881 037), a company registered in Australia ("Netr", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. While the Platform is designed for Australian finance professionals, membership is open to anyone who wishes to participate in the community, including individuals seeking to connect with finance professionals.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate professional information in your profile. Misrepresenting your professional role or qualifications is grounds for account termination.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional content unrelated to professional discussion.
- Harass, abuse or threaten other members.
- Share confidential client information or personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
- Use the Platform to conduct unlicensed financial advice or services.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or circumvent platform security measures.
- Upload malicious files or content.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display your content to other members within the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your messages, files or profile content.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards. Members can report messages or behaviour to our moderation team. We aim to review all reports promptly.
7. Service Availability
The Platform is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is a communication tool and does not provide financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on conversations or information shared on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is $0).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
